Wire Payments Operations Officer

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Wire Payments Operations Officer who will use the FINTRAC EFTR Reject Tool to facilitate the review, correction, deletion, and resubmissions of EFTR rejects, and warnings records received for the payments that fail FINTRAC validation rules. This candidate will locate missing or erroneous information, and repair or update the warnings and rejected records reported in the FINTRAC EFTR Reject Tool. The successful candidate will navigate a number of different book of records systems to locate relevant information
Desired Skill Set:
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Acclimated to using multiple platforms to locate the appropriate information
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, as well as multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing skills [speed and accuracy]
Nice To Have:
- Previous experience with Wires or Banking
