Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Tester who will monitor software to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases daily
- Identify and report bugs/defects
- Should be able to analyze results of automated tests using Qualitia /UFT, identifying root causes of failures.
- Should be able to support lead with supporting activities such as prep for the test environment, inputs to UAT exit reports
- Should be experienced in working in Agile and Waterfall environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate testing status, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams on a daily basis
- Able to physically come to office location at least 3 days
Desired Skill Set:
- 1-2 years of experience in Testing including- Functional, Regression, Automation, and Manual Testing
- 1-2 years of expertise in UFT (Unified Functional Testing)
- 1-2 years of working knowledge of HP ALM
- 1-2 years of proficiency in MS Office
- 1-2 years of exposure to Agile & waterfall
- 1-2 years of working knowledge of Jira & Confluence
Nice To Have:
- Experience with SQL or Oracle
- Experience with Stakeholder engagement/communication
- Previous FI experience
- Experience with Qualitia, GitHub and Git
