Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Technical Support/SAS/AML who will provide leadership for the provision of technical expertise in the development and support of activities, processes, procedures, and tools for protecting information security with a focus on application security This candidate will plan, coordinate and supervise complex informatics assignments; design and apply new methods and procedures and will solve business problems by providing detailed technical advice. Coordinate, lead, and monitor technical systems inquiries. The successful candidate will liaise with vendors and service suppliers.
Desired Skill Set:
- 6 years of proven experience as a Technical support
- 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook for communication and Excel for data analysis
- 6 years of experience in providing Level 1 Support and application parameter maintenance for the SAS AML platform ver. 4.2
- 6 years of experience with SAS components such as SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Management Console, SAS Scenario Administrator
- 6 years of experience with SAS system incidents by working with Second Level Tech Support and communicating with user groups
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required for the application support role
- Experience with Intake
