Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Scrum Master- Cybersecurity/Financial Crime. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Scrum, Agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation. The successful candidate must have a knowledge of current and emerging agile industry trends and best practices and internal or external business issues to improve team efficiency.
Desired Skill Set:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum master
- 3 years of experience with Large-scale Agile framework
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Confluence & Jira
Nice To Have:
- Experience in Financial Crimes
- Experience working in Banking Industry
- Cyber Security
