Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Salesforce Architect-Banking who will be responsible for facilitating release processes, coordination, and execution. Escalates impediments, manages risk, helps ensure value delivery, and helps drive relentless improvement. Participates in transformation, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in the new processes and mindsets required to achieve agility. The successful candidate will be leading, coordinating, and coaching multiple Agile teams and will be accountable for overseeing, coaching, and training a small group of professionals assigned to Agile teams. This candidate will coordinate the features to be deployed on the Agile Release Train being conducted by taking into consideration dependencies, order, and architecture.
Desired Skill Set:
- 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect
- 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- Experience with Cloud Azure (enterprise integration)
- 2 years of experience with Stakeholder (technical and no technical) management
- 2 years of expertise in Technical documentation production and refinement
- 2 years of experience with Design architecture experience in the product life cycle
- Strong communication skills
