Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Network Engineer-Palo Alto who will be responsible for maintaining the production applications and day-to-day operational activities, managing escalations and modifying established procedures/approaches to suit specific situations including 24 x 7 support and coordination of recovery efforts. This candidate will play a part in our continuing Security environment transformation as we move towards Next Gen Firewall and VPN capabilities using the Palo Alto platform. The successful candidate will be working closely with our Security Engineering partners and collaborating with a diverse team to set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver the best-in-class client experience.
Desired Skill Set:
- 2 years of experience in Network troubleshooting (Palo Alto)
- 2 years of experience with firewalls and DNS
- 2 years of experience with troubleshooting networks with various vendors
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Have:
- Experience with Service now
- Experience in the Banking/financial industry/government industry
