Working with one of the top clients this role calls for an IT System Administrator who will be the in-house IT support,70 people to support in the company and knows how to do onboarding and offboarding which person will get what access. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact related to any IT issues.

Desired Skill Set:
Strong Networking experience in the following:

  • Networking switches and access points (Unifi)
  • Good amount of working experience with intermediate+ networking concepts
  • On-prem AD and Entra / AAD
  • Configuring & maintenance of firewall rules & settings
  • VLANs
  • DNS
  • DHCP

Strong Software experience in the following: 

  • Managing Hyper-V hosts and Windows Server VMs
  • Maintaining Microsoft Azure environment
  • M365 (setting up & maintaining: email, Teams, SharePoint, Entra, Intune, Defender)
  • PowerShell/Scripting
  • General IT reports (e.g.: hardware/software inventory/asset tracking, Help Desk ticket analysis, etc.)
  • Endpoint security solutions
  • Data backup solutions
  • Supporting NVR software and security cameras

Strong Hardware experience in the following:

  • Lenovo and Dell workstations (desktops, laptops and tablets)
  • Core networking equipment
  • Sophos firewalls (HA)
  • Unifi network management software, network switches and wireless APs
  • Networked printers (including Zebra label printers)
  • Network cabling (managing diagrams, troubleshooting & tracing)  

Experience in Help Desk:

  • Receive, prioritize/triage, work, follow-up, resolve (escalate if necessary) end-user IT related tickets (remotely and in person)
  • Prioritize ticket queue to requirements of the business
  • Identify and report on any ticket trends
