Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a F5 Network Specialist- TMOS who will be responsible for the design and delivery of the client’s DNS and Load Balancing. The position will require working with advanced technologies. The position will require working with other security, LAN/WAN, and application teams across the bank to understand their security, DNS, DHCP and Load Balancing requirements as they relate to the network and security policies of the bank. The selected individual will ensure that security requirements are met, and work with teams to effectively secure solutions, create and design test scenarios to ensure the requirements can be met, are adequately tested, appropriate documentation is created, change management policies are followed and passed to operational support teams for production deployment.
Desired Skill Set:
- 8 years of experience in Cisco networking (switching & routing)
- 8 years of strong F5 Knowledge in load balancing and security concepts L1-L7
- 8 years of expertise in DNS & DHCP
- 8 years of experience with Network Security Protocols
- 8 years of expertise in TMOS upgrades
- 8 years of working knowledge of Infoblox
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills &ability to explain technical concepts in business
Nice To Have:
- CCNA Certified
- CISSP Certification
- Experience with Service Now
- F5 Certification in LTM, GTM, IRules, Application Delivery
- Working knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall
- Working knowledge of network and routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF and BGP
