We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager with a “Passion for People” and 2 to 5 years of sales experience. If you excel in developing relationships and generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns, thrive in meeting sales quotas, and enjoy client interactions, we want you on our team. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will help you cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology sector to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the client base and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and progress towards goals.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate business development strategies to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

Desired Skill-Set:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Development Manager with multiple sales techniques including building, designing and executing sales and marketing campaigns
  • Experience in both in-person and virtual client meetings
  • Being able to present our company to potential clients with the ability to deliver engaging client presentations
  • Qualify leads from sales and marketing campaigns
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Senior Sales Leaders
  • Performance-driven, self-motivated, with the ability to develop a territory plan
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed territory targets while thriving in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
