To encourage social distancing, all BeachHead staff are encouraged and supported to work productively from home. They have complete remote access to our company database, Vendor Management Systems, Recruitment platforms, and other software and tools necessary to support our clients and provide quality staffing solutions. Our staff will continue to be available during work hours by phone or video conferencing, as needed.

We’re prepared to support our Clients & Contractors

At BeachHead, we are committed to supporting our clients and contractors navigate successfully through all hiring challenges. Our team will continue to advise our clients on relevant staffing solutions and provide guidance to effectively mitigate any hiring risks during this time. Further, we will continue to support our contractors by actively providing critical information and updates, responding to any employment-related concerns, and providing guidance on safety practices. 

Employee Safety is our top priority

Safety is at the forefront of everything we do. The health and safety of all of our employees is a high priority and we will continue to take all necessary precautions to minimize their risk of infection. We have established policies and internal recommendations to minimize employee exposure to the Covid-19 and to support remote flexibility. We are following the advice and taking direction on public health matters from our public health authorities including the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the Ontario Ministry of Health (OMH).
