Scrum Master – Fraud/IAM

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Scrum Master – Fraud/IAM who will lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to the team's direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivery leadership. The successful candidate must demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Scrum, Agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation.
Desired Skill Set:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum master
- 3 years of expertise in Fraud and Identity Access Management
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Confluence/JIRA
- 3 years of experience with Agile
- Working through impediments and how they overcame that
Nice To Have:
- Exposure to PI Planning
- Previous FI experience
