Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Portfolio Test Manager- Banking who will lead QA strategy and execution across a portfolio of enterprise initiatives. The successful candidate must have strong automation expertise, leadership in managing vendors, and the ability to align testing efforts with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA planning and delivery across multiple projects and enterprise releases.
- Develop and execute test strategies; drive automation (Selenium preferred).
- Manage internal QA teams and third-party vendors.
- Oversee the full test lifecycle and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; report test status and metrics.
- Ensure traceability and documentation using tools like HP ALM and JIRA.
Desired Skill Set:
- 10+ years in IT/QA, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Experience managing large QA teams, including offshore and vendors.
- Strong in SDLC, Agile, test automation, and enterprise QA tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial services experience preferred; QA certifications a plus.
