Product Owner/Identity & Access Management

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Product Owner/Identity & Access Management who will work with the Senior Product Owner, Tech Lead and various other stakeholders to manage and prioritize the backlogs for between 1 to 3 Agile Pods within client’s Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Program. The ideal candidate would have familiarity with infrastructure, including UNIX/Linux, Windows, DBs (Oracle, SQL, DB2, others), applications such as SailPoint Identity IQ, ServiceNow, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) security domain, and of course Agile approach, including both Kanban and Scrum frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process and drive productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to the team's direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivering leadership.
- Supports an environment where the team freely escalates challenges; facilitates change through positive reinforcement of successes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions.
- Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and work to support the Agile transformation agenda.
Desired Skill Set:
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment
- 3 years of experience working in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) security domain
- 3 years of experience in Stakeholder Management (both Business and Technology)
- 3 years of experience working with Kanban frameworks
- 3 years of experience with SailPoint Identity IQ
- 3 years of strong knowledge of Scrum Frameworks
- 3 years of working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Windows, and DBs (Oracle, SQL, DB2, and others)
- Experience with SharePoint
- Certified Product Owner – CSPO Certification
