Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sales & Compensation Analyst/Bilingual who will be responsible for the timely calculation, processing, and reconciliation of commission compensation for Mortgage Specialists (MSs). This person will ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll submissions, monthly sales reporting, and yearly sales incentive calculations, driving operational excellence in our compensation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the sales compensation database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Review mortgage deals daily to ensure proper classification for compensation, including identifying new clients.
  • Investigate commission discrepancies and address general compensation inquiries from MSPROGRAM.
  • Respond promptly to questions and emails from MSPROGRAM regarding compensation matters.
  • Approve and implement manual adjustments to compensation as required.
  • Process business expenses for Mortgage Specialists and their assistants.
  • Review and act on reports from the compensation database to ensure deals are processed correctly and make necessary amendments.
  • Handle reports related to deal cancellations, insurance cancellations, and appraisal fee violations, processing recoveries accordingly.
  • Produce bi-weekly payroll reports for submission to Alight and process insurance payouts, including coordinating with SunLife for missing deals.
  • Generate monthly management and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.

Desired Skill-Set:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis
  • Proven ability to work with numbers and maintain high attention to detail
  • Business-related degree/diploma or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Access
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with immediate teams, MSPROGRAM, and Pricing groups

Nice to Have:

  • Bilingual proficiency (French) – essential for Quebec Mortgage Specialists’ payroll processing
  • A positive attitude with an openness to learning
