Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst – TSYS TS2 System who will lead assigned projects from initiation to implementation to achieve desired business outcomes. This person will be accountable for planning, managing, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of project requirements while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor. The successful candidate will work closely with various business and technology partners, as well as vendors, across all project phases to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large, complex projects spanning multiple system applications.
  • Handle multiple simultaneous projects while meeting tight timelines.
  • Break down strategic challenges and provide insights and recommendations for effective solutions.
  • Support new onboarding channel capabilities that require full integration with new vendors.
  • Identify potential downstream impacts on internal systems and engage the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to project sponsors on implementation strategies and sustainment of projects.
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring complete adherence to project processes.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, leading discussions and managing group dynamics to achieve session goals.
  • Execute project requirements within governance frameworks that align with risk appetite, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Advise project sponsors on the viability and timing of builds on TSYS or G+D platforms.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of vendor project methodologies (e.g., CLM, TSDM).
  • Document, review, and validate all supplier documentation and effectively communicate key information to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify project risks and establish effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong stakeholder partnerships by building trust and ensuring clear communication with project sponsors.
  • Take ownership of project challenges, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
  • Represent the CCS team in project meetings, governance forums, and inter-departmental discussions.
  • Adhere to Bank risk, regulatory, and compliance controls.
  • Work independently on a range of complex tasks and adapt to unique situations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Desired Skill-Set:

  • In-depth knowledge of the TSYS TS2 system, card management, and associated peripheral systems.
  • TS2 experience specifically related to Credit Cards and/or payments.
  • Proven experience launching new credit card products and co-branded products.
  • Experience leveraging digital/application programming interfaces to build real-time communications between platforms.
  • High proficiency in integrating complex, multi-vendor capabilities and platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of the TSYS Loyalty Platform and reward lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of capabilities on CCS 2.0 Interactive to facilitate new statement design.
  • Ability to support complex test plan creation, execution, and validation activities.
  • Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, contribute to a positive work environment, and manage multiple complex assignments with competing priorities.
  • Expertise in soliciting and gathering business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of card issuance, replacement, and design attributes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.
  • In-depth verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth collaboration, documentation, analytical, influence, and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in card fulfilment and manufacturing.
  • Experience with product launch initiatives.
