Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Graphic Designer/ Digital Video Creation who will be responsible for developing and designing exceptional creative utilizing proven frameworks while incorporating new and innovative alternatives that are on-brief and deliver on Marketing and business objectives. The successful candidate will design for a variety of platforms, and create the concepts, artwork and layout for digital/print projects based on creative briefs and client meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and leverage Marketing/internal best practices, follow established processes Incorporate lessons learned into current and future projects
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service level requirements for service and productivity Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
  • Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area Protect the interests of the organization identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk transactions / activities as necessary
  • May conduct internal and external research projects; support the development/delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience
  • May conduct reporting and / or meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs/ policies/ practices Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process/performance improvements where opportunities exist
  • Acquire and apply expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, assistance and direction to others
  • Identify, recommend and effectively execute standard practices applicable to the discipline Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite May lead work streams by acting as a project lead / subject matter expert for small scale projects / initiatives in accordance with project management methodologies
  • Skills: Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability are required. Ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic and film.

Desired Skill-Set:

  • Experience in Adobe creative suite
  • Experience in Share point
  • Experience in HTML- website design

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in video creation
