Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Network Operations Analyst who will be accountable to play a lead/advisor role, reporting directly to the Manager of the pod, while still being available and accountable to participate in day-to-day operational work like troubleshooting and fixing network issues across all platforms. This includes nightly/weekend on-call rotation as and when needed.
Desired Skill Set:
- CISCO CCNP or CCIE certification
- 7 years of proven experience in Cisco switching and routers
- 7 years of expertise in Firewall
- 7 years of experience working in a large network environment
- 7 years of working knowledge of Load Balancers
- 7 years of expertise in Network troubleshooting – network connectivity issues
- 7 years of experience in Wireless Troubleshooting
- 7 years of experience with Wireshark
Nice To Have:
- Banking Experience
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with VOIP – Cisco
