Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Junior Third-Party Risk Analyst who will support the Third-Party Risk Management development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives and program enhancements/ efficiencies Integration.
Responsibilities:
- Fosters a culture aligned to the client’s purpose, values and strategy and role models client values and behaviours in all that they do.

- Regularly connects work to client’s purpose, sets inspirational goals, defines clear expected outcomes, and ensures clear accountability for follow through.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating all program monitoring documentation
- Promote awareness of compliance to and storage of all related Changes and the Change Governance documentation.
- Monitoring the storage of the change-related documentation in the approved Book of Record
- Advanced knowledge of email communications and follow-up required to lines of business
- Reporting, as needed, on any issues as requested by management
- Understanding of the TPRM Directive, ONFR guidelines and other relevant third-party policy requirements
- Performs periodic reviews of TPRM process documentation
- Provide insights and make recommendations for enhancements client’s monitoring process
- Regularly connects work to client’s purpose, defines clear expected outcomes, and ensures clear accountability for follow through.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making
- Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Desired Skill Set:
- 2-3years of professional working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient MS Office Suite
- Collaborator, able to work with cross-functional team
