Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a TSYS Card Business Analyst (Authorizations and Fraud Prevention) who will be responsible for the triage of referral/escalation cases from business partners and daily research. This candidate will prioritize issues and engage with appropriate partners to address opportunities. The successful candidate must keep detailed records of decline rates and false positives, perform trend analysis, and tackle top decline reasons with the goal of increasing overall approval rates both at the portfolio and individual company level. The incumbent has access to back-end analytics tools and systems to research corporate card transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Initiates and facilitates the documentation of event root cause process flows and proposes relevant control or process changes/updates.
- Conducts ad-hoc authorization analysis by pulling data from the authorization and transaction database
- Accesses the TSYS mainframe. Understand the key screens where to obtain vital information to facilitate analysis and reach conclusions that lead to recommendations.
- Aids with the maintenance of decline reason matrix and procedures for agents at a call center
Desired Skill Set:
- 2-3 years of deep knowledge of TSYS authorizations: Tandem, Decision Hierarchy, Range Control
- 2-3 years of experience with TSYS Fraud Prevention tools: ADS I, ADS II, Card Guard
- 2-3 years of experience with Tokenization/MDES/Digital wallets
- Previous banking/credit card experience
- Strong MS Excel skills and some SQL knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree
