Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr BSA/OTC Derivatives Regulatory Reporting who will conduct effective data analysis and impact assessments to provide solution details for required enhancements. This candidate will create user stories and bug fixes that will be added to the RRS backlog for development and will lead in knowledge-sharing sessions with RRS members and be open to teaching colleagues and business partners aspects of RRS's architecture, processes, and functionality. The successful candidate will ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business and technical partners to define complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Assemble client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Subject expert on regulatory regulations ( ex. CFTC, CSA, SEC, EMIR (ESMA/FCA), HKMA, ASIC, MIFIDII, SFTR, IIROC, LOPR, LTR, MAS)
  • Understanding of SQL queries /in-depth data analysis
  • Able to perform Sprint SIT testing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead/take charge
  • Able to manage through ambiguity
  • Initiative seeks out work to do and doesn’t wait for instructions
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
