Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for an IAM Consultant who will play a key role in interfacing with various partners and Lines of Business focused on onboarding applications and infrastructure endpoints, creating roles and policies and automating access provisioning using the bank’s centralized access governance platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discussions with business groups across the enterprise to gain an understanding of business needs. Drive the onboarding of applications and infrastructure to the client’s access certifications platform while promoting adoption across the enterprise.
  • Relationship building – Facilitate coordination with business and technology teams to ensure successful onboarding and resolution of issues related to application feeds. Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts as well as external experts to stay abreast of notable developments and trends across the information security domain.
  • Identity and Access Governance – Knowledge of Identity and Access Management approaches and concepts, tools, techniques and roles and responsibilities in providing guidance to stakeholders within and outside their area.
  • Consulting – Your subject matter expertise on the IAM lifecycle, RBAC approaches, and tools will help us deliver on IAM initiatives. You will champion the improvement of automated RBAC processes, controls and communications across stakeholder groups. Where required, consult with Technology and LOBs regarding access control-related issues.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 5+ years' of experience with Identity and Access Management
  • Experience in Automation experience (requirements gathering, not development)
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow 
  • Experience with Workday 
  • Proficiency in Onboarding, creating roles and policies in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Experience analyzing insights in SailPoint IdentityAI

Nice To Have:

  • Understanding how API patterns work
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Previous banking experience
  • Understanding of AGILE methodology 
  • Knowledge of API provisioning
