Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a B2B Marketing Manager who will be responsible for providing advice and supporting the marketing objectives of assigned business segments; maintaining an understanding of the business/group to produce effective and integrated marketing solutions. This candidate will create, develop, and execute marketing plans that are consistent with brand standards and align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Go-To-Market strategies to support clients for energy-transition portfolio
  • Activating sponsorships, exhibiting at sponsorship events, and identifying keynote speakers for panel discussions,
  • Assisting the Events and Conference team to facilitate client lending conferences.
  • Ad Hoc content creation [writing email campaigns etc]
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Helps determine business priorities and the best sequence for execution.
  • Conducts independent analysis and assessment to optimize campaigns or resolve strategic issues.
  • Breaks down strategic problems, and data analyses to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Monitors and tracks performance and address any issues.
  • Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
  • Coordinates budgets and reporting to track actual results vs budget.
  • Integrates information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting.
  • Leads/participates in the design, implementation, and management of core business/group processes.
  • Acts as the day-to-day contact for vendors; supports the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of vendor solutions.
  • Develops and implements short- and long-term plans/strategies, activation plans, schedules, budgets, communications, and tactical plans, as required.
  • Monitors progress against milestones and recommends and implements adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Oversees/coordinates the development and distribution of marketing solutions per assigned channels/media for campaigns, partnerships, and special events/conferences.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal/external partners to include vendors and suppliers.
  • Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Focus is primarily on business/group within the client may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
  • Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or a marketing environment – preferably B2B, financial services, professional services, or public sector.
  • Post-secondary degree in B2B Marketing and communications space.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience dealing with senior decision makers, possessing the ability to effectively influence.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
  • Advanced experience in developing Marketing and Customer Communications plans, required.

Nice To Have:
