Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Head Server who will serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee breaks, cocktails and dinners. This candidate will be setting up and collecting catering services in lounges and meeting rooms on time and according to expected standards seeing inventory management and planning certain orders for events (rentals, agency employees).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the accounting activities of salon management;
- Maintain relationships with suppliers;
- Ensure the cleanliness of the premises, equipment and dishes at all times i.e. glasses, cups, etc.;
- Skilled with audio-visual equipment (projection, computer, microphone, lighting)
- Assembly and dismantling of rooms (tables, chairs, microphones, lectern, etc.)
- Help with the maintenance of premises and collection of dishes.
- Assists the executive chef as needed;
- Manage the list of preferences/allergies / intolerances
- All other related tasks related to the daily operations of the salons.
Desired Skill Set:
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in an executive environment
- Ability to adapt and work in a changing and dynamic environment
- Excellent sense of customer service;
- Proactive and attentive to customers;
- Good judgment, calm and discretion;
- Interest in learning new tasks and work processes.
